How a top-up lands

Top-ups are paid by card from the console billing page. A payment settles before any balance moves. Billing then shows wallet splits and ledger rows for that activity — not per-order bonus issued/unused/consumed. Those order-linked bonus facts appear on the authenticated refund-intake projection when you open a case.
